Sviatoslav Ivchenko
Entrepreneur, Restaurateur, Hedonist
Sviatoslav Ivchenko is an entrepreneur and restaurateur with a strong background in construction, architecture, and development.
Over 24 years of experience as a company owner, shareholder, and CEO, he has founded several successful businesses in a range of industries, including tourism, woodworking, HVAC, mobile homes, residential development, and general contracting. He has also been the founder in a number of restaurant projects, including the development of a restaurant chain in Germany and the restaurants, bars, and club in Kyiv (Ukraine).
Throughout his professional and personal life, Mr.Ivchenko has been inspired by the culture of gastronomy and hospitality and has used his unique and wide-ranging experience to create projects that combine development and hospitality, construction, and restoration.
Currently, HEDONIST GROUP searching for financial partners to build a strong and profitable hospitality business in Europe.

Hedonist Bar&Kitchen - Cocktail and Gastrobar in the heart of Kyiv near Olympiyskiy Stadium. Established in 2017 we stay in the front line of top bars in Kyiv
Hedonism is at the core of the concept, to get pleasure from all aspects of life. Food, drinks, wines, cocktails, music, atmosphere, scents, and pleasant-to-touch materials like wood, leather, ceramics, and velour.
Every weekend famous DJ keeps the atmosphere of total pleasure. A comfortable level of music volume allows to talk with friends and keep conversation. A few years in the Hedonist we have VINYL ONLY format, and Hi-fi Bowers & Wilkins sound.
Exceptional cocktails in Hedonist are created by our bartenders with modern equipment for maceration, clarification, aging, smoking, etc (we are using sous-vide, bain ultrasonic, centrifuge, smoker, etc). Of course, all classics with their twists can be made with all respect to traditions.
The cuisine of the Gastrobar is a combination of American, Asian, and Middle Eastern dishes.
Burgers with a touch of Gorgonzola cheese, onion confit, truffle Aioli, and exceptional local beef with the correct combination of cuts and quantity of fat become the best burgers in the city. Served with black gloves to keep your hands clean and enjoy with additional kinesthetic sense.
Fusion by Hedonist is a meeting of Smoked Pulled Pork mixed in WOK with black mushrooms, veggies, and Asian sauces on the top of hummus. Animal style fries with variations of Cheddar, blue or Brie cheese, Smoked Pulled Pork, tempura beef strips, or turkey.
